Full-Time Painter
Monday-Friday

Holland Home is searching for a Full-Time Painter to join our hardworking team of Facility Services professionals. This individual would focus on creating a beautiful space for our residents in their homes, apartments, or around the facilities in our communal areas.
Job Duties:
- Performs tasks related to interior and exterior painting of resident units.
- Painting of common areas.
- Painting of the exterior of the building using proper chemicals and correct mixtures.
- Performs minor wall repairs as needed.
Requirements:
- Three to five years of painting experience and knowledge of painting techniques.
- Proof of a valid Michigan driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance is required.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Wages and Benefits:
- $19 - $22 an hour (Wages are based on relevant experience)
