Holland Home is searching for a Full-Time Painter to join our hardworking team of Facility Services professionals. This individual would focus on creating a beautiful space for our residents in their homes, apartments, or around the facilities in our communal areas.

Job Duties

• Performs tasks related to interior and exterior painting of resident units.
• Painting of common areas.
• Painting of the exterior of the building using proper chemicals and correct mixtures.
• Performs minor wall repairs as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Three to five years of painting experience and knowledge of painting techniques.
• Proof of a valid Michigan driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance is required.
  
  

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
  
  

Wages And Benefits

• $19 - $22 an hour (Wages are based on relevant experience)
