Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Financial Accuracy: Manage and maintain precise financial records using QuickBooks and other tools.
- Transaction Management: Process accounts payable and receivable with efficiency and accuracy.
- Double-Entry Bookkeeping: Ensure all debits and credits are recorded accurately in compliance with accounting principles.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Tax Support: Collaborate with our accountant to provide necessary documentation for tax filings.
- Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank and financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Additional Duties: Take on various tasks as needed to support the finance and operations team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven At least 3 years of experience in Bookkeeping preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required); experience with Xero is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and reconciliations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Self-starter with initiative and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Certified Bookkeeper credential is a plus.
