What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-Home Respite Provider position at Christian Servants Home Care, LLC?
Christian Servants Home Care LLC, a non-medical provider agency, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a In-Home Respite Provider! In this role, you will be responsible for providing services within your own home to support and care to youth, creating a safe and engaging environment for their well-being.
Opportunities available within Pierce County, Wisconsin! These positions will require a candidate to provide services within your own home as you provide supervision, age-appropriate activities, assistance with daily tasks of living, meal preparation, and community based outings (if applicable).
Pay is based upon education and experience. Pay for in-home services depend upon the total amount of hours worked within one consecutive shift. Non-overnight care is paid at a rate of $17 - $22/hr. Overnight care (sleeping hours included) is paid at a rate of $10 - $12.50/hr.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of direct caregiving experience working with youth individuals who have mental or emotional disabilities.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct caregiving experience working with youth individuals who are on the Autism Spectrum.
- Willingness to provide services within your own home.
- Willingness to travel within a 30 minute radius of Ellsworth, Wisconsin.
- Must possess a smartphone with location tracking capabilities for time tracking purposes.
