What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Christmas Decor by Curb Infusion?
Work side by side by side with the owner of Christmas Decor by Curb Infusion ...now in our 27th season! We are a service based company installing Permanant lighting, Landscape & Christmas lighting for homes, businesses and municipalities. Owner is also the National Municipal Director for The Decor Group, as well as mentoring nearly 65 national franchises. Responsibilities include (but, not limited to) ...Day to Day Office Organization including client relations, clerical, calendar management, basic Quickbooks accounting, database management in GOOGLE DRIVE, sales follow-up, maintenance/tracking of production boards, email/text marketing campaign execution, scanning functions, etc. In addition, we have in-house Web Developer, SEO Manager & Social Media manager...and you must be able to collaborate and implement our varied online objectives along with these individuals, as needed.
Additionally, one of our upcoming projects is to convert entirely to a digital operation. This will be a sizeable initiative requiring scanning our paper records, past leads, etc., into newly created digital files.

- MAIL CHIMP is our mass marketing platform...must have experience with a mass marketing campaign application.
- Custom pamphlets and varied graphic outputs are generated using CANVA Pro
- QUICKBOOKS Online is our Accounting Software
