What you will do:
This position acts in the capacity of Member Advocate, with the purpose of providing an exceptional experience for members who prefer a phone or digitally based interaction with the Credit Union.
- Respond to CHROME members in a warm and friendly manner
- Take ownership of member inquiries made by phone, chat, and email
- Look beyond member immediate needs and deliver more than what they expected
- Educate members on how our technology tools can save them time and money
- Assist members requesting new products or services
- Look for opportunities to provide "WOW" experiences

What you need to bring with you:
- Experience - Call center preferred, banking experience a plus
- Education - High school diploma or higher
- Exceptional computer skills including experience with mobile devices
- Must be flexible and available to work full time including Saturdays as part of a rotating call center schedule
