SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
CHROME HEARTS® is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our growing HR, Recruitment, and Payroll efforts. This role will assist with a variety of HR / Recruitment / Payroll functions, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, new hire orientations, administering offer letters, conducting background checks, providing benefits support, time sheet corrections, tracking employee referral payouts, and basic payroll duties . Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks such as scheduling candidates, tracking invoices, taking notes during meetings, and helping employees with issues related to Rippling (HR Software).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Onboarding & Offboarding : Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company. Support Employee Relations Manager with offboarding processes for departing employees, including managing all necessary paperwork.
- New Hire Orientation : Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, ensuring employees receive an overview of company policies, benefits, and role-specific information.
- Candidate Scheduling : Schedule interviews and meetings with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Offer Letters & Background Checks : Administer offer letters to selected candidates and manage the background check process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Employee Referral Payouts : Track and manage employee referral payouts, ensuring that rewards are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- HR Administrative Support : Track and process invoices related to recruitment. Assist employees with any questions or issues related to Rippling (HR software), benefits, and other basic HR / Payroll matters.
- Benefits Support : Provide support to employees regarding benefits, helping them understand options and resolve any related issues.
- Meeting Support : Take accurate notes during HR and talent acquisition meetings, ensuring action items and important details are captured and shared with relevant teams.
- Employee Assistance : Provide day-to-day support for employees, assisting with various HR-related inquiries and offering solutions when needed.

The pay range for this role is :
27 / hr (plus) per year depending on level of experience
