Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience.
• Utilize automotive diagnostics skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with order fulfillment processes.
• Communicate product features and benefits to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to market products and services effectively.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.

Experience

• Previous experience in a retail or dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts will be beneficial for managing transactions accurately.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in serving diverse customer bases.

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
