Chuck Hafner's Landscapes is looking for dedicated personnel to join our team in installing and maintaining the best Landscapes, Hardscapes, and Water Features in CNY. As a crew member, you will work directly with the crew foreman and customer to make outdoor dreams come true. We provide the opportunity to learn from highly experienced installation technicians, as well as company funded training at outside organizations (icpi, plantcny, etc.). Many opportunities for advancement are available, as we are always looking to grow. Chuck Hafners Landscapes is a seasonal company offering guaranteed work April 1st-Nov1st with more available if mother nature provides. Overtime and weekend work are available.
Duties
- Operation of Commercial Trucks (non-cdl)
- Operation of Construction Equipment to include Skid Steers, Loaders, and excavators.
- Loading, delivery, and offloading construction and landscape materials and equipment.
- Installation of Landscape materials to include trees, shrubs, soils, stone, and mulch.
- Installation of Hardscape products to include walkways, patios, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens.
- Installation of Water features to include ponds, waterfalls, and fountains.
- Upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance of shop, worksite, and equipment .
