Job Description
- Develop and execute consumer and customer-centric marketing strategies to drive market share, incremental net sales, and profitability for our brands.
- Lead cross-functional team meetings to ensure seamless coordination and execution of new products and initiatives from concept to launch.
- Utilize market research and insights to inform decision-making, ensuring strategies are aligned with consumer preferences and market trends.
We're looking for someone who is highly proficient in Circana/Unify, stackline, category analysis, and forecasting. You should have experience with P&L analysis, leadership, influencing skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and be comfortable with managing complex situations.
