Churchill McGee, LLC, a respected general contractor specializing in light commercial construction, has an immediate opening for a Concrete Foreman to lead our expanding work in the Central Kentucky area.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Supervise carpenters, laborers and coordinate with project managers and sub-contractors.
· Manage construction schedules and budgets, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.
· Communicate regularly with stakeholders and address any issues.
· Monitor safety programs and conduct regular job site inspections.
· Resolve conflicts and manage daily project documentation.
Qualifications:
· 5 years of interior construction with leadership experience.
· Proficient in reading blueprints and using construction management software.
· Knowledge of construction regulations and safety protocols (OSHA)
· Strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
Education and Other Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
· Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
