Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting and a passion for closing deals. In market presence will be an expectation with this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales process, engaging with the Project Team and Installation Teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with Developers, Architects, General Contractors, and Property Managers in the mid-rise and high-rise residential real estate space.
- Consultative Sales: Utilize a consultative sales approach with customers and manage the sales cycle as the main point of contact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to execute Chute Source's strategy of being the leader in waste management systems and solutions.
- Networking: Network with industry and professional contacts to generate leads and increase revenue growth.
- Operations Coordination: Work closely with Operations to ensure accurate information and deadlines are met for tenders, bid requests, quotes, and proposals.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on customer needs, corporate priorities, and the competitive landscape.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM to ensure all documentation is current and key next steps in the sales process are identified.
Qualifications:

Salary:
Base salary commensurate with experience.
Commission structure paid quarterly.
Bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
