Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring applicant flow daily in the applicant tracking system and/or work with recruiter assigned to the position(s). This includes updating applicants daily in the applicant tracking system, assisting Department Managers and Administrator with employee retention planning, completing employment process for new hires (e.g., I-9, tax forms, license/certification verification, references, background checks, fingerprinting scheduling, physical and drug screen scheduling), scheduling and assisting with new hire orientation, ensuring Employee Problem Resolution Process is being followed and report results, completing injury reports, and maintaining up-to-date files for employment documents.
Requirements:
Minimum Associates Degree with 5 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Manager capacity, or Minimum Bachelor in HR or BSA with concentration in Human Resources, or Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in the long term care setting.
