Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Preventive Maintenance (PM) standards, conducting quality control, generating KPIs, and developing training resources for HFSM.
The role requires a solid understanding of field processes, assets, and cost centers, alongside preparation of reports on PM compliance, asset tracking, maintenance activities, and recommendations for approvals and closures. The specialist will ensure all required preventive and regulatory programs are documented in the CMMS and other systems as needed (Enablon/OpenText/My Docs). Strong computer skills, flexibility, interpersonal skills, and project coordination are essential for effective collaboration with all levels of management and staff.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively monitor and collaborate with Maintenance Planners and their Supervisor to identify and correct discrepancies in the CMMS (SAP PM) Master Data.
- Create, correct, and maintain CMMS Master Data while supporting interfaces with other programs.
- Coordinate with Corporate ERP and IT to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve system-related issues in the CMMS, highlighting gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop KPI reports in collaboration with the Maintenance Planning Team using business analytics software, such as Power BI.
- Design and recommend methodologies to evaluate, analyze, and report on Operations CMMS and PM policy adherence, making improvement recommendations as necessary.
- Conduct periodic content reviews for enterprise CMMS assets and databases to ensure accuracy against master data.
- Lead and organize meetings/reviews to prioritize and report on the status of CMMS, asset quality, PMs, work order closures, regulatory activities, KPIs, and training needs.
- Coordinate with HF Sinclair Corporate Enablon and CMMS Administrators on necessary functionality changes and enhancements.
- Develop and review technical documentation and training materials for CMMS training (e.g., user guides, policies/procedures) and maintain current versions on the company intranet.
Special assignments or tasks may be assigned as determined by the supervisor.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of three (3) years of job-related SAP PM experience is required.
EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent with three (3) years of job-related experience using SAP PM in a petrochemical environment is required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Extensive working knowledge of SAP PM as a work management system, with strong interpersonal, analytical, technical judgment, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage CMMS master data in SAP PM effectively.
Strong contributor to engineering and maintenance objectives as part of planning and scheduling.
Proven performance management skills, capable of achieving qualitative and quantitative targets.
Proficient in intermediate mathematical calculations and advanced reading/writing skills. Strong computer and Internet research abilities.
Willingness to provide after-hours support on an emergency basis.
