We're seeking a Full-Time Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processing with precision and compassion. This is an onsite-only position in Citrus Heights, California, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time using iSolved HCM software.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with California wage and hour laws.
- Address payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Audit payroll reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and management to support employee onboarding and offboarding processes as they relate to payroll.
- 401k year end audit submission
- Workman Comp monthly/annual reporting and auditing
Qualifications:
- 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting.
- Proficiency with iSolved HCM or similar payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Northern California.
