Position Overview
This role has oversight for successful membership engagement, in close collaboration with the clinical, network and business teams. Review data trends/analytics related to membership gains, retention, and engagement. Develop new strategies to improve CINQCARE’s ability to engage a higher percentage of membership for each clinical program.

In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
Compensation: From $155,000 to $165,000 per year

Position Overview

Develop new strategies to improve CINQCARE’s ability to engage a higher percentage of membership for each clinical program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new strategies for reaching and engaging membership.
- Develop and support reporting for engagement strategies
- Serves as a liaison between the clinical and IT leadership to drive engagement strategies.
- Support use of technology to drive efficiencies and cost saving efforts: IVR, dialer, centralization., BOT capabilities
- Analyses data, in collaboration with the data reporting team, to ascertain the above strategies are impactful for the business and clinical teams
- Rigor evaluation of all current strategies for engagement to determine ROI; authority to pivot to alternative strategies when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in science; or similar degree
- 3-5 years of experience using technology that can improve member engagement (AI, IVR)
- 3-5 years of experience with various mediums (text, mail, social media) to drive engagement.
- Experience leading initiatives, ability to influence without formal authority
- Experience with member growth, engagement and retention strategies
- Willingness required to explore and learn new or unfamiliar applications and databases.
- Continuously add value as an innovative thinker, active listener, with the ability to build and cultivate relationships.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills; able to evaluate data from multiple sources to determine impact.
- Demonstrate an ability to significantly improve member engagement in a cost-efficient manner
- Possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, while coordinating multiple projects.
