PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client and Supplier Communication
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and clients, suppliers, or business partners during the inspection and quality control process.
- Address and resolve any issues related to product appearance, functionality, or compliance.
- Claims Management and Issue Resolution
- Act as the primary point of contact for claims received from overseas customers.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to investigate and resolve claims efficiently.
- Negotiation and Relationship Building
- Collaborating with the estimator, negotiate effectively with partners and suppliers to address and resolve concerns while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Facilitate seamless communication between procurement, logistics teams, and external stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance Support
- Collaborate with the operations team to inspect and review incoming goods, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Provide timely updates and solutions to clients regarding product conditions and related issues.
- Customer Service and Feedback Management
- Follow up with customers' post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or returns.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and overall satisfaction.

- Reviewing purchase requests and creating buying duties based on requirements
- Preparing and submitting purchase orders to manufacturers/ suppliers
- Tracking inventory levels and generating purchase orders
- Coordinating with other staff to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory levels

- Managing distribution and shipment timeline and budget
- Coordinating with transportation to track the movements of shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications
- Review of purchase orders to ensure accuracy and fix shipment errors
- Respond and follow up with all inquiries (written and verbal) for vendors and customers related to purchase orders
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and/or price lists.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of customer experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Experience in a flexible work environment is a plus
SKILLS
