What we’re looking for:
· Dependable, and personable team members
· Experienced in general maintenance and experience in a supervisory role
· Open availability for on call and snow removal
· Safely and legally operate an automobile and golf cart
· Current driver’s license with minimal violations is required.
A sneak peek into the Day in the Life of a Maintenance Supervisor:
- Be a great leader: Assist with overall management of Maintenance Technicians including hiring, training, manage supply orders and on call/snow removal schedules
- Provide exceptional service to our residents: complete various repair work orders which may include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, snow removal, emergency and preventive maintenance
