Position : Sr. Network engineer with Meraki
Location : Atlanta ,GA Local candidates (Hybrid )
Duration : 12 Months contract
Network Engineer with Cisco Meraki expertise could include strong experience in Cisco Meraki cloud-managed solutions, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall deployments, along with a deep understanding of SD-WAN technologies. The candidate should also possess expertise in Meraki device configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, as well as a strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
Specific requirements might include:
- Experience:
8-10 years of experience in network engineering, with a significant focus on Cisco Meraki.
Expertise in configuring and managing Meraki devices.
Strong understanding of Meraki cloud-managed solutions, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall implementations.
Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies and their implementation within the Meraki ecosystem.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose network issues within a Meraki environment.
Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using Meraki's dashboard and other management tools. - Certifications:
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA or higher is highly desirable, along with relevant Cisco Meraki certifications. - Problem-solving:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve network issues. - Communication:
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. - Other:
Familiarity with other networking technologies (firewalls, VPNs, etc.) would be a plus.
