ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:

  • Develop customer programs and campaigns together with Segment Directors, Marketing, Sales Managers in accordance with BU and segmentation strategy.  Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
  • Work closely with global marketing to improve processes, provide reporting, and monitor results to align with US strategy and acquisition.  Review and provide feedback in creative and copy content for varied marketing campaigns and channels.
  •  Prepare campaign reviews and project summaries to present to our BU stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Develop Digital and non-digital localized programs across all BUs, together with Digital Sales and Marketing, and global teams.
  • Develop and implement sales tools and solutions to empower Sales, Activation, and Account Management teams.
  • Execute sales processes to streamline workflows and reduce friction across the business.
  • Build and refine forecasting and planning processes to align budget with results.
  • Facilitate the project management for various workstreams to enhance our proprietary, commercial, and third-party fleet performance. 
  • Facilitate, create, and implement programs designed to grow and retain customers through strategic partnerships with associations and industry tradeshow events. 
  • Work with global stakeholders to leverage best practices to improve lead generation while optimizing geographical and segmentation strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 7 years of experience in Program Management
  • Ability and aptitude to work within a global, cross-functional team at all levels of the organization with the ability to lead, influence and continuously improve processes.
  • Able to confidently provide insights for improvement and offer innovative, robust and data driven solutions.
  • Strong project management skillset; process driven mindset and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
  • Experience with Sales Operations, pipeline management, deal desk, or other sales practices/systems
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tool
  • Excellent judgment and composure in high-pressure situations.
  • A creative approach to project management that enables rapid iteration and low-overhead methods of keeping stakeholders informed, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics.
  • Enthusiasm for supporting internal projects and business priorities, bringing order and efficiency to critical internal initiatives.
