Job Summary:
As an Executive Recruiter at Circle Logistics, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across all levels within the company. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the full recruitment cycle, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, and crafting compelling job marketing content to engage potential candidates. While experience in freight brokerage and logistics hiring is preferred, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for executive, associate, and entry-level positions.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to proactively identify and engage with top talent.
- Create compelling content and job postings to effectively market open positions to the public.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they align with company culture and role requirements.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in executive, associate, and entry-level hiring.
- Experience in freight brokerage and logistics hiring is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Strong content writing and marketing skills to promote job opportunities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
