What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Inspector position at Circuitronix, LLC?
- Inspect PCB Boards and Electronic equipment and assemblies.
- Substantial knowledge of SMT & Thru-Hole Components.
- Understanding of assembly drawings and BOM.
- Perform Inspection and ensure that the product meets all the Fit, Form or Functions requirements.
- Perform First Articles and inspect products based on AQL Level.
- Ensure conformance to shippers or packing sheets of all parts.
- Perform in-process and Final inspection of electronic and mechanical assemblies, as required to assure adherence to specifications and procedures.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment to assure accurate readings.
- Perform FAT, Final Acceptance Testing for all the equipment prior to shipment.
