Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect in-process, finished assemblies, and sub-assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Use inspection tools and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Decide on acceptance, rejection, or rework of units.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of inspections.
- Ensure products and workmanship meet or exceed specifications and customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
- Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Inspector in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Minimum level of completed education: High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools and hand tools.
- Experience working with a Quality Management System (QMS)
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Great communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
- Vision abilities: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with composite materials and assemblies
- Experience working in a clean room or controlled environment
