Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and dedicated to helping our customers have the best experience possible. As a key member of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing top-notch service across various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while working with customers.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Adaptability in a changing environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
