DUTIES
- Oversee the daily operations of the human resources department.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues and guide managers and employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for HR initiatives.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Taleo, SAP, Workday, ATS, and PeopleSoft for data collection and analysis.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, including OSHA requirements.
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Taleo, SAP, Workday, ATS, and PeopleSoft.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
