The Operations Analyst will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on critical business metrics. This cross-functional role requires close collaboration with various departments and key teams across the company. The individual will be responsible for the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools that track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor inventory levels, and ensure effective recipe costing management.
This position requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively, and the initiative to optimize reporting processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various sources to develop actionable insights that support critical business decisions.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design, create, and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs, inventory levels, and recipe costing. Monitor trends and performance metrics to inform operational strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and ensure that analysis meets their requirements.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency through automation tools.
- Communication of Insights: Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations to drive informed decision-making.
- Inventory Tracking & Recipe Costing: Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels and work on maintaining accurate recipe costing, providing necessary forecasts and reports to support purchasing decisions.

Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 1 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, specifically with Macros and Pivot Tables. SQL, SageX3 & Magento experience is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure reporting accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
