At Citi, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Branch Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees, growing sales and client base in coordination with the consumer sales team. The overall objective of this role is to lead a team to grow sales, build customer loyalty and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives.
This position requires a senior management professional who can provide full leadership and direction to a team of employees. Key responsibilities include developing sales plans and driving individual production goals, creating an environment through activity-based coaching and performance development, and implementing/executing coaching plans to develop employee's skill set.
The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial industry. Sales management experience is also preferred. A Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.
