Job Summary
The Collateral Funding and Projections team is responsible for providing accurate and optimal funding at the Tri Party agents in support of SFT, Repo, Cleared, and OTC transactions. This team is part of the newly formed Collateral Optimization function of Markets Operations, which aims to transform processes with market-leading technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex process problems that require an in-depth evaluation of basic securities processing procedures and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff.
- Oversee risk and control functions of the team, including break and suspense identification, reporting, escalation, and resolution.
- Perform manager's control assessment functions for the team's key controls and help identify and remediate deficiencies in current processes.
- Assist with approvals of payments, journal entries, and other managerial oversight tasks.
- Serve as an analytical or procedural expert for securities processing deliverables and initiatives.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
