What You'll Do : Oversee the creation of daily operational reports to track and measure production activities.Review production work orders for accuracy and guide corrective actions as needed.Conduct daily yield analysis and assist plant management in improving operational efficiencies.Investigate variances in production data and provide recommendations for improvement.Support other departments with reporting activities and consolidate information for management reports.Train and cross-train associates, providing backup support for operational reporting.Maintain and reconcile maintenance parts inventory and process co-packer invoices.Assist with various operational projects, including forecasting, run rate analysis, and yield loss reporting.Recommend improvements to systems, analysis, and reporting processes.Day-to-Day Responsibilities : Ensure the accuracy of production postings at the plant production line level.Identify and correct variances in product produced, materials used, and line time.Track plant performance metrics, including yield loss, rework, scrap, downtime, and actual vs. scheduled activity, and update reports for management.Review meatball co-packing invoices to ensure product received matches invoices and pricing.Create and maintain production line routings in the system.Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Tasks : Monthly : Finalize plant performance reports, reconcile maintenance parts inventory, and generate monthly general ledger entries.Quarterly : Update production routings for run rate review adjustments.Annually : Assist with audits and inventory appraisals.What We're Looking For : Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 5-7 years of experience in statistical data analysis and reporting.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage X3 is a plus.Ability to effectively respond to internal inquiries and work collaboratively across departments.Why Join Rosina?At Rosina Food Products, we value innovation, efficiency, and teamwork.
