Customer Service Representative/Teller
- Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments.
- Issue money orders, handle cash advances, review and approve mobile deposits, scan daily work and other duties.
- Open and close both business and personal checking and savings accounts.
- Issue and redeem certificates of deposit (CDs).
- Assist customers with wire transactions.
- Strive to balance cash drawer daily.
- Assist customers with point-of-sale disputes.
- Issue and review ATM/Debit cards.
- Assist customers with check orders, stop payments, and online banking.
- Address customer inquiries and provide assistance with banking services.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Adhere to all confidentiality guidelines.
Rotating every other week:
South Office: Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Main Bank: Monday – Friday 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Approximately every 3rd Saturday 8:45 a.m. – noon
- Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Banking Experience 1 year (Preferred)
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
