The Human Resource Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department including record-keeping, file maintenance and ATS/HRIS data entry.

Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment and hiring process to include tracking the status of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System, scheduling interviews, submitting background checks and drug screens, and responding to candidate requests and questions.
- Maintain HR records, HR Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Complete Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files.
- Assist with the scheduling, coordination and facilitation of orientation.
- Administer new hire and termination employee surveys.
- Reconcile and process recruitment billing invoices for payment.
- Prepare and maintain new employee files to include filing documents into appropriate employee files.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Maintain the Human Resources home page on SharePoint by keeping information current.
- Provide clerical support to the HR department.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Schedule meetings, interviews and training sessions as requested.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, job fairs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Prior related office experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function in a high-paced environment.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- SHRM-CP credential preferred.
- At least two years related experience required.
- Working Knowledge of human resource principles and procedures
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
