Camp Loyaltown is a large residential summer camp for developmentally disabled children and adults. Our Campers range in age from 6 years to 80 plus years old; most of the campers are between 10 years old– and 60 years old.

In this role, you will:
- Practice and promote the agencies’ mission statements in every interaction. Through family and community engagement, Citizens supports people to live the life they choose.
- Adhere to all regulations, agency policy and procedures, the employee handbook, and agency and program training requirements
- Report to the Justice Center as a mandated reporter if there is reasonable cause to suspect abuse or neglect; Additionally, must follow all agency incident policy and procedures.
- Ensure the safety of the facility overnight; Report any incidents to the administrative staff on duty and to the facility Assistant Director/Camp Director.
- Check all Camp Loyaltown facilities during the overnight to ensure there are no safety or health hazards and monitor the assigned area to ensure that no campers have left their cabins in a 15-minute interval and fill out appropriate documentation.
- Secure all areas of camp, checking that all areas are locked.
- Each hour, check all front and side alarms of all cabins and document it appropriately.
- Report any concerns to the Camp Director promptly in accordance with the Citizens Code of Conduct.
We require:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior overnight work or security type work and ability to work night shifts preferred
