Participates in the development and analysis of the financial programs for the Department of Transportation Services and the City's transit management services contractor. Assists with management oversight of the City's transit management services contractor. Coordinates compliance and project and financial status reporting activities. Manages projects and contracts; prepares and reviews reports, solicitations, responses, presentations, and informational materials; conducts investigations, research, surveys and studies.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from a regionally-accredited college or university with specialization in city planning, architecture, engineering, economics, sociology, public administration or a related field.
Work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis. Such experience must have provided the knowledge, skills, and analytical ability normally gained from attainment of a bachelor's degree.
Education obtained outside of the United States must be comparable to a degree earned at a regionally-accredited college/university in the United States. In order to receive credit for the education, a foreign credential evaluation (FCE) must be provided. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Four years of professional, administrative, fiscal or analytical experience in monitoring, evaluating and/or administering federal, state or private grants.
