Summary Description:
Manages maintenance of Bank Facilities. Responsible for safety and related items at all locations. Manages maintenance and mailroom staff.
Essential Functions:
Maintenance and Service:
- Maintains a preventive maintenance program within the confines of an annual budget. This includes all HVAC as well as maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
- Manages and negotiates all equipment, furniture/fixtures, etc. purchases (except technology/software)
- Works with contractors on new construction and renovation of existing facilities.
- Works with third party vendors-architects, interior designers, ect.
- Travel to branches as required for working with staff, vendor relationships and business of the company
Budget Management:
- Prepares the annual facilities budget. Manages to budget for expenses such as project supplies, operating supplies, electricity, gas, water and sewer.
Administrative:
- Serves as Coordinator of Environmental Health and Safety Program.
- Maintains & monitors Fire Alarms
- Maintains and monitors facilities with elevators
- Maintains up to date records for all state, federal and insurance semi-annual and annual inspections.
- Administers UpKeep software
- Prepares necessary management reports.
- Maintain fire evacuation and disaster response plans. Serves as Facility Emergency Response Coordinator
Leadership/Supervisory:
- Recruit, hire, train, develop, review and evaluate employees to meet goals and performance standards.
- Responsible for mailroom operations.

Position Requirements
- 6-8 years of facilities/property management experience, preferably in banking
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, manuals, operating and maintenance instructions
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Work may be performed indoor or outdoors
- Requires a valid drivers license with exemplary driving skills
