Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting skills, proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero, and a solid understanding of financial concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support decision-making processes
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software
- Familiarity with financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and account analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
