• Analyze Profit and Loss (P& L) statements to identify financial performance trends
• Code invoices effectively and maintain regular communication with vendors
• Generate detailed reports reflecting the company's financial status
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) efficiently
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget
• Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor the company's financial health
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
