What you will do :
This seasonal position oversees the Splash Park facilities, ensuring daily maintenance, chemical testing, and logging into Digiquatics. The role includes coordinating and supervising equipment setup and takedown for classes, programs, rentals, and special events. Responsibilities also include monitoring staff performance, addressing customer service issues, and managing mechanical, or staff concerns in the absence of Directors. Additional duties involve custodial tasks, equipment care, inventory management, safety programs, routine facility inspections, and janitorial functions. The position assists with staff planning, training, and fills in for absent staff as needed.
Work Schedule :
Rotating work schedule, up to 40 hours a week, sharing between 4 employees an 8 : 30am-8pm M-F, 9 : 30am-8pm Sat, and 1 : 30pm-8pm Sun schedule with other facility managers. Work hours are during the months of May through September.

Strong leadership abilities , fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Proficient in cash handling and managing register transactions.
