General Definition of Work
Performs work responsible for writing social media content, and creating and assisting with video products.
Essential Functions
- Design fun and engaging social media videos demonstrating the City's fun and vibrant culture.
- Develop informative documentary and news style videos designed to educate the public on city services.
- Assist with the production of the Cape Chronicle television show in partnership with the University.
- Produce other media content upon request of the City's department personnel.
- Produce live council meetings on assigned evenings (typically 1st and 3rd Mondays at 5 : 00 pm for up to two hours) at least four times per year and as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
