The City of Coral Springs City Manager's Office is seeking an Intern to join our team for the Summer!
Rate of Pay:
Undergrad College - $15.00
Summer Internships are planned to run from June 9th to August 1st. The program goal is to introduce college and university students to the various aspects of municipal government. The program is designed to provide student with real experience to enhance their academic and professional endeavors.
Strategic Projects with City-wide Impact:
• Majoring in Management, Public Administration preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and attend mandatory on-boarding program.
• May require attendance at after-hours business meetings or City events.All interns must pass a required background screening:

- Lead/Facilitate Summer Intern Mystery Shopper Program (Focus City-wide Customer Service)
- Research Best Practices related to supporting an engaged, healthy, and effective workforce (Focus Attracting and Retaining Talent)
- Assist City Management team with Significant Cross-Functional Projects (Focus Develop Project Management Skills)
- Attend Public Meetings to Observe/Support City Management team (Focus Exposure to Public Policy Formation)
- Provide Research Support for Other Emerging Topics (Focus Develop Analytical and Reporting Skills)
