We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Utility Billing Clerk to join our team. The Utility Billing Clerk will be responsible for processing utility bills, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate billing. The Utility Billing Clerk is a technical/clerical position requiring the operation of a computer for a variety of functions to include utility billing and cashier. The work requires the exercise of discretion and is performed with considerable independence within the framework of established policies.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Prior experience in billing, accounting, or customer service is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
