General Statement of Duties/Distinguished Features of the Class
Work schedule and hours include weekday, evenings and weekends. Hours will vary based on need, not to exceed an average of 20 hours per week.
Essential Duties and Tasks
- Provide tours for potential renters.
- Provide assistance to renters and support staff in set-up, break-down and facility supervision.
- Ensures indoor and outside safety, and control of facility and grounds.
- Performs light housekeeping and properly secures facility after each event.
- May perform occasional bartending duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills.

Physical Demands
This is medium work requiring the exertion of 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Work requires stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motions. Vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels. Visual acuity is required for determining the accuracy and thoroughness of work. The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions.
Education and Experience
- Requires high school diploma and experience working with the public.
