An employee in this class serves in the absence of the Director and Service Coordinator and shall be responsible for supervision of the theatre during all scheduled events. This position works closely with Theatre Director to ensure renter needs are met.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Arriving at the theatre at least fifteen minutes prior to the renter, insuring that the doors are unlocked, lights turned on, etc.Provide assistance to renters and support to theatre staff.Ensures indoor and outside safety and control of facility and grounds.Maintains supply inventory.Performs light housekeeping, answers telephone, occasional ticket sales and properly secures theatre after each event.May be askeed to perform occasional concession sales or bartending duties. Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Work schedule will be primarily weekday evenings and weekends. Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma and experience working with the public.The City of Goldsboro is an Equal Opportunity Employer!
