Job Description Summary
The City of Goodyear is seeking a highly motivated individual to work as Recreation Instructor - Teen Room at the Goodyear Recreation Center.
This position will oversee the use of the teen center and provide a fun experience for our youth audience (focused on 8-18 years), supervise teen events, and connect with participants.
This is a part-time position, and the ideal candidate will possess good customer service and communication skills, be positive and friendly, and be willing to assist in a variety of Goodyear Recreation Center operational areas.

Essential Functions
- Minimum one-year experience in customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills
