This role supports daily park operations by maintaining facilities, assisting patrons, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-service oriented, and able to perform manual tasks effectively.Key Responsibilities: Open, monitor, secure, and close the park and facilitiesEnforce park rules and report suspicious activitiesPerform landscaping tasks: mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, blowing, etc.Operate park vehicles and equipment (e.g., trucks, tractors, UTVs, mowers)Conduct playground equipment inspections and facility maintenanceClean restrooms, buildings, and grounds (trash/litter removal, sweeping, disinfecting, restocking supplies)Assist in maintaining the sprayground areaHandle minor repairs using hand tools and power equipmentProvide exceptional customer service to park visitorsHelp with parking and crowd control during special eventsMaintain effective communication with coworkers and supervisorsAttend staff meetings and trainingsComplete assigned tasks efficiently and safelyPhysical Requirements: Walking, kneeling, standing, climbing, or sitting for extended periodsLifting and carrying moderate to heavy materialsUse of hand tools and power equipment Must have a Valid Driver's License or reliable means of transportation.This position is Non-Exempt under the FLSA guidelines.
