You’ll design, organize, and lead interactive classes for children ages 0–12, with a strong emphasis on sports, movement, and wellness. Your energy, creativity, and connection will help create memorable and inclusive experiences for children and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and co-facilitate classes (average 12 kids per class with 2 instructors)Develop and adapt age-appropriate curriculum for multi-sport camps, youth programs, and cultural wellness classesEngage with parents—many stay onsite and are part of the experienceCreate a safe, structured, and fun environmentUse positive behavior management techniques to support group dynamicsFoster a welcoming atmosphere where every child feels safe, seen, and supportedCurrent & Upcoming ProjectsWe’re expanding our sports-focused youth and preschool programming at Tyson Recreation Center and Hidden Creek Community Center. Anticipated Work Schedule (Shifts may include a combination of the following): Weekdays: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 7:00 PMSaturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PMEstimated 12–16 hours/weekPositions available at Tyson Recreation Center and Hidden Creek Community CenterWhy Apply?This isn’t just a part-time role—it’s an opportunity to shape a child’s confidence, joy, and connection to community.
