Customer Service Assistant
Up to $18.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
Up to 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Customer Service Assistant provides essential support to the Parks and Recreation Administrative Office by delivering exceptional customer service and performing clerical tasks to ensure efficient operations. This role involves interacting with the public, managing facility bookings, assisting with departmental inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Customer Service and Reception: Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, managing inquiries, handling facility rentals, and supporting Forestry requests.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as drafting correspondence, managing records, processing mail, and updating events in asset management systems.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive work environment and demonstrate professionalism in interactions with colleagues and the public.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, safely lift 25 pounds without assistance and safely perform repetitive physical tasks.
Salary : $14 - $18
