The incumbent may be cross-trained in the following areas: switchboard, utility billing, cashier, customer service, dispute resolution & maintenance of licenses and permits. High school graduate or equivalent and must be able to pass clerical and data entry test. Skill with Excel and Word preferred. Must have computer knowledge.
