The City of Northfield is recruiting for a Pool Manager at the Old Memorial Pool. The Pool Manager works under the direct supervision of the Pool & Ice Arena Supervisor. This position is responsible for all operations at the pool facility to assure successful operation of the pool in accordance with the City of Northfield's vision and mission statements.


Employment Application

Part time hours, including evening, weekends and holidays.

Application materials will be received thru 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2025 or until position is filled.

Qualifications

Required: Current certification in American Red Cross LGT, CPR-Pro-Rescue, First-Aid. Ability to work from the end of May to the end of August.

Special Requirements

Desired: Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Water Safety Instructor (WSI), Lifeguard Training Instructor (LGT-I). Previous supervisory/management experience in aquatics.
