We’re seeking a dedicated and hardworking Park Maintenance Worker who shares our passion for maintaining the natural beauty of our city's parks.
Responsibilities:
- Grounds Maintenance: Mow, trim, edge, fertilize, and aerate lawns.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensure cleanliness and functionality of park facilities including restrooms, shelters, and playgrounds.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment and structures.
- Safety & Compliance: Regularly inspect parks and facilities for hazards and address issues promptly.
- Event Support: Assist in the setup and tear-down for community events and activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and information to park visitors.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related field.
Licenses:
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.
- Pesticide Applicator’s License is preferred.
- WI CDL Class A with no air brake restriction is desired.

Pay: $23.78 - $27.18 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
