This is a full-time 40-hour position. Regular hours are 7 : 00 a.m.–3 : 30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with adjustments made during summer hours.
Duties include but are not limited to, assistance in the operation of wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and collection systems, including record keeping and maintenance as directed, cleaning and maintaining buildings, equipment, and facility grounds, sample collection, and associated record keeping and reporting.
The applicant must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, a valid Missouri Driver’s License, with the ability to obtain an appropriate CDL level as necessary or required and possess a minimum Missouri Department of Natural Resources Class “D” Wastewater Operators Certification. Compensation can increase with experience and certification being recognized. Candidates will be subject to pre-employment drug testing, physical exam, and a background check.
